The company should preferably have 40 ton trucks and achieve a minimum turnover of EUR 5 million per year. The prospective buyer has the necessary capital resources to acquire companies of the target size. Companies with a lower turnover or in an economically difficult situation can also be considered if they are fundamentally suitable.
